If the address is incorrect, unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for orders that do not arrive. Please note that handling times may vary due to seasonal order loads, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, for international orders, please be aware that deliveries typically can take around 10 business days but may take longer in some cases .United Kingdom and EU shipping is around 1 to 6 working days with tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders typically take about 10 business days to arrive, however they can take up to 3 or 4 weeks if there is a delay with customs. Once shipments are sent out, we do not have control of the speed at which they will arrive. If your order has not arrived after this timeframe, you can contact customer service and we can look into it for you.

Discreet Packaging:
To ensure privacy and ease of customs clearance, all international orders will be shipped in discreet packaging.

Customs Regulations on Syringes:
Due to strict customs regulations in certain countries, we are unable to ship syringes. As an alternative, we offer packaging in small cosmetic containers for orders that would typically include syringes. This measure is to prevent any potential customs issues and to ensure that you receive your order without delays.
